Presented by Singha Beer and the Viceroy Hotel Santa Monica, Chef Chris Crary and notable food writers present a Thai Dinner Series at Whist. This culinary adventure highlights the delicious Thai cuisine Chef Crary encountered the Singha Hops ‘N Spice Tour through Thailand.

Night 1 with Chef Chris Crary and Jo Stougaard
Who: Singha Beer (@Singha_Beer), Chris Crary (@ChrisCrary) and Jo Stougaard (@MyLastBite) present Singha’s Hops ‘N Spice Tour at Whist at the Viceroy Hotel Night 1.
When: Sunday, October 21, 2012. 6-8pm
What: Chef Chris Crary (Top Chef Season 9 Fan Favorite, Chef de Cuisine @ Whist at the Viceroy Hotel) and Jo Stougaard (Food Blogger, MyLastBite.com) will take you on a culinary adventure highlighting their time on the Singha Hops ‘N Spice Tour. Chef Chris will also present a 5-course dinner inspired by his culinary encounters in Thailand. The dinner features ingredients he collected and brought back from his trip.
Night 2 with Chef Chris Crary and Kay Plunkett-Hogge

When: Sunday, October 28, 2012. 6-8pm
What: Chef Chris Crary (Top Chef Season 9 Fan Favorite, Chef de Cuisine @ Whist at the Viceroy Hotel) and Kay Plunkett-Hogge (London based author, blogger and cook, KayCooks.com) team up for a night of celebrating Thai cuisine. Kay will share some of her favorite recipes with Chris and both will work together to present a 5-course dinner for guests. Kay will also share about her time growing up in Thailand and how it influenced her culinary career.
