For the second time, Kris Yenbamroong is a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation Award’s “Rising Star Chef of the Year.” Going on his third year heading Night + Market, the restaurant has already been raved about by Pulitzer Prize winner Johnathan Gold, quickly gaining a coveted spot on Gold’s 99 Essential’s list, and he was recently named one of LA’s Chefs of the Year by Los Angeles Magazine. Yenbamroong also has been featured in countless write ups and food festivals this past year including Bon Appétit and LUCKYRICE. Congrats, Kris!
