Have you been following the Great Food Truck Race on Food Network featuring our friends from Seoul Sausage? They’ve been on a tear finishing first three times in the first four episodes. Their only misstep, if you can even call it a misstep, was a second place finish in last week’s episode. Every city has fallen in love with their Fiery Fried Balls (FRIED!BALLS!FRIED!BALLS!) as well as their delicious sausages. Sounds, uh, hot and spicy. The boys of Seoul Sausage tell us that this Sunday’s episode is not one to be missed so tune in to Food Network at 9pm and see if Nashville loves their fried balls and delicious sausage just as much as Los Angeles, Flagstaff, Amarillo and Fayetteville did.
In the meantime, check out this video of the latest edition to their brick-and-mortar location. It’s going to be sweet stuffing your face while sipping a Singha and staring at this mural by the talented John Park. They’ll be announcing a grand opening date soon and we’ll make sure to let you guys know. Make sausage, not war!
Cheers,
Mr. Singha
