Windy City foodies get ready as the Chicago Food & Wine Festival takes place at the Pheasant Run Resort next weekend. It’s going to be two days of celebrity chef demonstrations, Chicago’s best local chefs, cooking competitions, food and wine pairing seminars, and cookbook authors all hosted by Ted Brunson of Chicago’s Best. Food Network’s Judson Todd Allen, Hell’s Kitchen Finalist Chef Dana Cohen and MasterChef finalist Josh Marks are just some of talented chefs scheduled for live cooking shows during the festival.
